Dr. Ford is board certified in Osteopathic Family Practice Medicine and Hospice. Dr. Ford has completed a Women's Health Fellowship at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. She has completed additional post-residency rotations in Chronic Pelvic Pain, Urogynecology, Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her clinical experience also includes holding bi-weekly colposcopy and cryotherapy clinics during her Women's Health Fellowship clinical rotation. Dr. Ford is an osteopathic physician and will also be providing Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy. "Osteopathic medicine is my background and am happy to be bringing this therapy to Morton," Dr. Ford added. Her interests include women's health and osteopathic family medicine. Dr. Ford also enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

Primary Care
As a Primary Care family practice, our patients often depend on us to provide excellent diagnostic services during their office visits. Our research team has dedicated research coordinators that specialize in helping with research studies for new In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) devices that can be used in either a Point of Care setting or for At-Home Use. For devices that are being approved for At-Home Use, we have a room set up as a Simulated-Home Environment so that patients are comfortable and can test the device as they would do at their own home.

Jonathan’s Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Masters in Healthcare Administration was attained at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. These degrees along with his participation in sports benefit his ability to individualize each athlete’s protocol. Yet, athletes are only a portion of his patient population. His experience and scope of practice encompasses patients of all ages and the spectrum of orthopedics. Jonathan will prioritize your activities of daily living and goals when developing your rehabilitation protocol. Jonathan is also certified in Astym which uses specific instruments to facilitate healing and speed up recovery for a number of conditions.

Sports Medicine
Dr. Mary (Koch) Imig graduated from Olivet Nazarene University where she competed on the Track and Field Team. She received her medical degree from Rocky Vista University in Denver, CO. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Illinois - UnityPoint Health in Peoria where she served as Chief Resident during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is double boarded by both the MD and DO family medicine associations. Dr. Imig's special interests include caring for the whole family, osteopathic manipulations, sports medicine, dermatologic procedures, women’s health and preventative medicine. Other than her time in medical school, Dr. Imig has lived in central Illinois all of her life. She is excited to join Koch Family Medicine in providing excellent care in the community that she calls home. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, sports, camping, fly fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Physical Therapy
Mary graduated from Bradley University with her degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. Since then, she has worked in a variety of outpatient clinic settings and managed several clinics. Through these different settings, Mary has developed her skills in treating women's health conditions, spine rehab, orthopedic injuries including post surgical rehab, gait and balance difficulties, and neurological issues. As a physical therapist, Mary most enjoys getting the chance to listen to her patients, understand their goals, and then guide her patients to achieve them.
