General RV Center

I don't want to bore you with a long drawn out letter, so I'll make it short. General trailer of mt clemens has the worst service department I have been to in 30 or so years of owning rv's .
They had my RV for over 3 weeks to repair several things I needed done. Well $5.000 later and only about %20 of the repairs were done right. Took my trailer to a seasonal spot for the year and set it up, almost everything that they said that was fixed and working was not!. the same things I took it in for there was no change. After 3 service calls out to my trailer to try and fix the same problems that were wrong, no fix. Well after 2 or 3 conversations with management I still have no help!. I don't know about the other General Trailers, But I was warned about this location and was told by several people not to go there. They are way overpriced in the service department. and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer care is not the best. I am still waiting to hear from management on my problem

Bought a used trailer, things went south, you made things right. 5 stars to service, 5 stars to sales, 5 stars to management. 15 my book any day. i will be back for my next one. Guest who..John?

Worst service department on the planet. Sales staff are nice and you might get a good deal from their large selection. However; if you have your rv serviced here for any kind of major warranty work, you will be straight out lied to. They held my rv 3 weeks to tell me what I told them when I brought it in. When challenged about this they assured it would be shipped back to the manufacturer the next day. 2 weeks later I received a phone call telling me my rv is now ready to ship back to the manufacturer and should take about another 3 weeks. DO NOT - REPEAT - DO NOT let these people work on your rv.
