From the first phone call to payment of services these people made a very emotional and painful situation a little less hurtful. The love and care they gave our Marley at the end of her life and the respect and genuine concern for our well being restored my faith in people.

Waste of money. Did not help my sick animal at all. Only tried to sell me up on "guesses" as to what her illnesses could be. I could have stayed home and speculated for free. Nurses handled my weak animal without care, and showed no genuine concern for the welfare of my pet. Will NEVER return.

Recently our beloved Max had to be put down, just after 2 visits with this vet, he agreed when the time came, he would come to our home and help our Max rest in peace with last thing he saw was our living room and my husband whispering in his ear on the floor. Groesbeck Hospital is the most caring and thouhtful vet I have ever encountered. The vet and his staff member who came to my home really felt our pain and actually helped us thru it and explained every step. To make this an even better 10 star experience, they did not even cash my check until his ashes were returned to us and the presentation with his ashes were by far very comforting. I have to say, I would rate this clinic above 10 stars if possible.I have never been so happy with a veterinary clinic. And I have had a LOT of experience with vet clinics in the past. The basics-- very friendly, approachable staff. The receptionists are kind and informative. Never snotty or condescending like some! The clinic is very very clean, cozy and modern. They have all the highest end equipment there on location and doctor is very very smart..

I came to to Grosebeck animal hospital because my dog was acting lethargic. I thought it was probaly just arthrtis because she is an old girl. In less than an hour doctor diagnosed her with pyometra -- infection in uterus. To be honest -me and my boyfriend did'nt believe him so we brought our girl back home. After a lot of reserach we were convinced that they were right. Then we started calling around--- just to find out that there quote was quite reasonable.So next moring we took her back to GAH.

They didnt perform surgery right away.They explained that my baby needs to be on fluids for sometime to make her stable and they were right again. She did awesome under anesthesia and woke up like a champ

Thanks to GAH --my baby is acting like a pup again.This truly is a little piece of Veterinary heaven.

Let me start by saying that I just went there to check out this place.Staff is very friendly & they spent almost half an hour with me explaining different pakages.So I made an appointment for my dog.My experience was excellent.Staff was super friendly again and doctor was very thorogh.I was so impressed that I made an appointment for my cat right away.I think they are going to be my permanent vet. So I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.Thanks Guys!

Loves this place.My Dog had an eye problem and needed surgery. GAH performed this surgery at a very affordable price. Surgery & aftercare was excellent. I sent all my family and friends to them and would recommend this place to anyone.

These people need to change their methods of how they handle ear cropping. Our doberman puppy and a friends both had similar issues. The ears were not cropped the same and they both suffered infection that was not properly handled by the vet. We were very disappointed in how the whole situation was handled and would not recommend this vet to anyone.
