I'm always skeptical about service companies. I've learned to research and research for the best company at the best rate. I've owned rental properties for 20 years and have experienced some dishonest business representatives, overcharging, and leaving disappointing results. Prime Plumbing gave a thorough estimate, assuring me of no further surprise charges. They followed through with permits and systematically and professionally completed the job. I had to have a septic to city sewer conversion, so I was concerned about the new costly irrigation system and sod I had just laid six months ago. They were so careful and cautious. All is complete with no damage at all! Also they had the most reasonable estimate of all companies offering the same service. Every worker on the job had an amazing positive attitude! They really went the extra mile. One night they all worked on the property until 10pm, to be sure the job stayed on schedule! The secretaries handled the bookings and schedule so congenially, as well as the down and final payments. After the job was complete a Prime Plumbing supervisor came to the job site to make sure everything was completed to my full satisfaction! I am so relieved of how smooth the whole job went! I will continue to HIGHLY recommend Prime Plumbing to all my family and friends!

When you have a plumbing issue I highly recommend hiring Prime Plumbing. I live in Summerfield and just moved out here, but I searched online and found this company. With the good reviews I saw, the many discount offers, and the really cool website I decided to call them. Not easy being a single mom and I didn't have a million dollars to spend on what I knew was simple (for anyone with that trade knowledge). They treated me right and my bill was reasonable......THANKS SO MUCH PRIME PLUMBING you are a GOD send!

We come down for winter every year, this year we decided to do a remodel on the home and rent it out during the months we are up north. We wanted all this to be done before we returned this winter. I called and coordinated with James (the owner) to do all this work and got him a key to gain entry. When we arrived this month it was finished, clean as when we left, and like turning a key on a brand new car, everything worked with no problems. This company is trusted by me and I would refer anyone to use them, and trust that your job will be completed and cleaned of any debris when using James and his guys.

This company is very professional and I was pleased with their services. I had an emergency over the weekend and they responded immediately, pulled up in a colorful named van. The technician had a uniform with his name on it, that was impressive. He got us fixed up and he kept his work area cleaned up. I will use them again if I have to, they will be my first call!

Meter was spinning at my house, but there was no water showing. I called James and he came right out, found the leak and got it fixed. I appreciate the way they handled this call as an emergency and came right out. I'll pass your company on to my friends and family in the future
