The initial start install results in April were great and we were thrilled with the results. Jimmy was on time and would answer calls and provide reassurance. After the second week of installation we noticed a large patch turning yellow. We called Jimmy and asked him about it and he said not to worry they would replace it but after two months it hasn't been replaced and now we have another large area. He said it was because he cut back on the water hoping the rainy season would take over but this wasn't the case. We had also paid for a new sprinkler box which he still has not put in or even brought to the house. Today, two months later, our lawn is brittle and dry and covered in weeds. We can lift up whole sod patches as if it was put down yesterday. We had a second opinion come out today and told us it was a loss. He said we shouldn't ha r stopped watering it and what is dead won't come back. At this point Jimmy no loner answers when we call and never calls back. This is truly a devastating experience that cost us thousands of dollars. I would never recommend this company.
