this is the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen i have been trying to call this location for an hour, they said there was 1 caller ahead of me , now it just keeps ringing and ringing i have been in the store before also the service inside is as bad as the phone, and i don't think there is a geek squad anymore, they tell you to go to chat with a tech, but you have to take off your pop up blocker and by the way if you just let it sit there and ring it finally hangs up, it's a shame they use to have a good business....

This is by far the worse store I have ever shop at. 1. I live 50 miles one way to the store was told to come back in one week to pick up my phone after being ship out for repair. Wait 8 days and came back the 50 miles one way..no phone told me it would be in on the following Monday....came back you guess it NO PHONE....after 3 weeks they called and told me to come and get my phone. After getting there it took them 1 hr and 15 minutes to swap my phone. Was supposed to get my $50 dollars added back on debit card..yep you guess it didn't happen. Call the store and was put on hold for 8 minutes was told that he would be right back...still waiting so I call back he wanted to know what I wanted, asked to speak to the Store Manager was told he was in a meeting and he could not talk told him about the problem abou the deposit said he would call me right back, has been 3 days and still waiting for the phone call. I would NEVER EVER shop at this store again, the worse place to do buisness!
