Hobb's & Son Garage

Despite all the great reviews on how good their work is and how honest they are, their phone etiquette and phone customer relations are horrible! I called the other day concerning a problem with my truck and the grouchy old man who answered the phone was seriously rude and basically made me feel like an idiot because another mechanic had steered me wrong and possibly did a pretty major engine service incorrectly. Once he found out what was going on with my truck he literally said "We won't touch that, that's not us! GOOD LUCK!" And then he HUNG UP on me!! I didn't even get a chance to ask anymore about it or ask for other advice. I couldnt believe it! Good grief! I was nothing but polite with him during the conversation the whole time, too. If I treated potential customers that way in my line of work I WOULDN'T have any work. Obviously, because of that initial very negative encounter, I'll never even think of going to these guys for any other work in the future either. That's a shame for them if all these other reviews are true. Apparently you have to be the most savvy automotive repair customer to be worthy of being served in their business.

Great people, fair prices, expert work! Have used them for years and will continue. Very trustworthy!
