A terrible unprofessional business..

I have been a client there for about 15 years and he is unprofessional and will not help you if you need him after tax time is over.. Nobody would return phone calls.. I was lied to over and over. The only way I could talk to Jim was via Facebook messenger.. For over four months I was told by two people on his staff and Jim himself that they were on this, and not to worry.. It turned out they never did a thing, and I had to play catch up with the IRS myself.

And why are we going through all this? Because Jim and his people made a rather large mistake on my taxes..

How does Jim respond to my questions about this mistake and the past four months? He blocks me on Facebook..
