Riverside is a mobile home community in the town of Montrose Michigan, equally located between Saginaw and Flint. The town also has its annual Blueberry Festival the third weekend of August. The Riverside community is within a 20-minute radius from the Birch Run Premium Outlets, Emagine Entertainment theatre, and many restaurants. Children attend Montrose Community Schools, which are less than a five-minute commute from the community.
