AT&T

This service was a slap in the face. I WAS a loyal customer for 3 years. I had a little problem with a malfunctioning phone, and the rep made no effort to help me resolve this other than I buy a new $650 iPhone 6. I said from the start I just wanted to replace my iPhone 5. Apparently that's something I have to help myself with (I got a pamphlet). They didn't offer to look up my deductible or sell me another I5, just a 30 month contract. I asked if they would help me transfer my contacts, games, ect., If I bought the I6. I was told again that I would have to go do that myself. 3 years and not 1 day of it under contract. I guess loyal customers just aren't that important anymore.
