Lowcountry Consignments

At first I was told if my couch was in clean and in good condition they would be happy to consign it. I replied that it was and that the legs would just need to be reattached (they were taken off for a move) and after that I was told it would be priced too low because of that and they would not consign it. It was a very poor way to handle things and a missed payout on an expensive piece of furniture.

I very much wish that I could write a recommendation for Lowcountry Consignments, but unfortunately my experience was not positive. I would suggest finding a consignment store that keep records on a computer in a professional system so that you can get updates as to what objects of yours have sold easily and honestly. Using a notebook to track sales increases the odds of mistakes, miscommunication and potential misdemeanors.I would talk to other clients before preceeding -- I wish I had taken my own advice before bringing them all of the contents of the house.
