The groomers are AWFUL!!
I took my Goldendoodle to My Three Dogs for a haircut, and what happened was the worst experience of my life. I talked to the groomer in the morning when I dropped her off and told her what kind of cut I wanted. Well I picked her up, and I didn't even recognize my own dog!!! A different groomer came out, who didn't even call me to tell me she was the one who was cutting my dogs hair, nor did she ask what I wanted. She cut her like a standard poodle!! I had to take her to the vet a couple days later because she had razor rash and an ear infection! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MY THREE DOGS!!! I would highly suggest a different dog grooming place.

Disappointed is an understatement. I have been a loyal customer bringing my pup here for boarding and intermittent daycare, but I will NEVER return and would strongly discourage anyone from trusting them to care for their pets. I reluctantly left my fur-baby there for 10 days while away on a business trip only to get a call on the last day that's she was so matted and tangled that they were unable to bathe her, and needed to completely shave her. I was obviously shocked to hear that they hadn't brushed her in my absence. But even more shocking was the way the staff handled the issue. 5?3) took not responsibility at all, blaming me for not "adding on a brushing service" to her stay, despite never having offered that to me. My poor puppy is so matted and tangled that she is crying when I so much as per her. If anyone had been petting her or attending to her during her stay, they would have noticed there was a problem. I brought her to another groomer on my way home, hoping to salvage her beautiful coat, and she confirmed that to detangle her would be cruel at this point. An egregious example of neglect topped with the staffs complete disregard for the feelings of their customers... all I can say is WOW.
Dear Sara, We absolutely loved having Lainey stay with us. Her exuberant energy kept us all on our toes. We are sorry you feel that her matting occurred during her stay with us. On January 24th, 2017 you brought her in for a bath and daycare. We have in our notes that we told you the condition of her mats and that she would need to be seen by a groomer to get them out. You made a grooming appointment for us a few weeks later on February 13th. Lainey was so matted and we were unable to fully groom her. Our groomer, Jessica, tried calling you to tell you about the severity of the matts and the only way to remove the matts without hurting Lainey would be to shave her. We have a policy that we are not allowed to shave a dog without the owners consent. We were not able to get a hold of you for a response therefore, we were only able to do a maintenance trim which touched up her face, feet, and fanny. You then dropped her off on February 18th for her extended boarding stay. The matts were still there. We feel that we did everything in our power to notify you of the severity of her matts before her stay. We could not brush her coat because of the pain we would have inflicted. In your review, you state that we were not attending to her or petting her but we want you to know that we kept her in the small dog area per your request and she got thorough attention just like all our other dogs. Our daycare staff are not trained to groom or recognize grooming issues but however you were notified from our grooming staff on two previous occasions within days of your boarding visit with us. We understand your frustrations in this situation and feel we did everything in our power to prevent this from escalating to this point. We hope you and Lainey the best.

We boarded our small 8 month old pup at My 3 Dogs for 5 days while on vacation. We thought the cameras were a nice perk. Then our first day on vacation we logged in and saw our little female being humped and harassed by another dog. She was trying to get away but the other dog was bigger. I called and mentioned we saw another dog harassing our dog and the response was, "well, I don't know why that dog won't leave her alone". Next day we logged on again and witnessed 2 different dogs jumping on her. Nobody seemed to be monitoring or there to assist. I called again and this time I made it clear we were not happy. They said they would move her to another area and we didn't see her again until we picked her up. When we picked her up she was filthy and smelled like urine. She was sick for over a week and vet had to put her on antibiotics for both an ear infection and a yeast infection. She is now afraid of other dogs and has not been the same happy puppy we had before our trip. HUGE mistake leaving her at this place.

Beware! We called the Summerville location. To inquire about boarding our two dogs and they said that we would need to bring them in for 1-2 hours so that they could assess them to determine whether they would be a good fit there. They gave us the paperwork and disclosure and told us to come back in an hour. When we returned to get our dogs before we could even see them they told us we had to pay $30 for doggie daycare for leaving them there for the hour!! I looked through the disclosure and it doesn't say anything about charging daycare fees for their so called required assessment. They are deceitful! I posted a negative review on their Fb page and they removed it to hide it from people. We felt taken advantage of. It was like they high jacked our pets! I'll never ever go back there and wouldn't suggest anyone else to go there either.

We went looking for a doggie day care to use twice a week or so for our very active mutt mix Ruby. My Three Dogs fits everything we and Ruby need to make a happy well socialized pup. She really loves it there. They have a large, well shaded outdoor area with hoses and pools, a very spacious and welcoming area inside for rainy, hot or cold days and a staff that really enjoys their job. Ruby can't wait to get out of the car for the day!! The staff is great and always with the dogs. They even have a web cam where you can check in during the day if you want to to see what your pup is up to.

Just found out that after several years of going to this place and spending all kinds of money there that my dog was an "exclusive" dog there, which means that he isn't trusted and gets put in a cage all day long. All the while I thought my dog was playing with other dogs all day. Nice. Does anyone have any ethics anymore?

I took my 14 year old deaf cocker spaniel to be groomed and they CUT his lip. Not only did they cut him, but they applied a glue to stop the cut from bleeding and they FAILED to inform me that they cut him when I came to pick him up. The next day when the glue wore off, there was blood all throughout my house. I immediately called my vet and My Three Dogs and they admitted to injuring my dog and said that the groomer FORGOT to tell me that they CUT my dog. The manager apologized and asked me to send her the vet bill. After six hours of surgery, I faxed the bill to the manager, per her request. A few days later, she emailed me and said the owner was refusing to pay the bill. I have made every attempt to resolve this matter quickly and quietly with the manager, however I have been unsuccessful. I thought My Three Dogs would do the right thing and take responsibility for cutting my dog since I trusted them with him. Their business practices are unethical and they treated my dog inhumanely. I am sorry it took my dog getting cut and later dying for me to realize this.

He used to love to go here but something must have happened because now he won't budge when it's time to get out of the car. Weird I know, but I guess I should listen to him.
