Reflections

Very unprofessional and very bad customer service. Went in to get my nails done they had redo them 3 times because the polish would just run off them on the last step of the process. Charged me more than I was told when I went in. When I paid the lady that did my n ails said if I have any trouble to let her know and they would refund my money. Called as soon as I got him which was an hour drive and they were already flaking off so I called and they said they would have to contact owner would call me back in a few minutes because they did not know how to refund a card. Never called back I called again and the lady said she still had not called the owner because she was busy, said she would call back. called back she said they do not refund money and they would have to see my nails so I would have to drive an hour back. I said I would not do that, that I wanted my money refunded and I did not want to wait for a refund. she said they would not refund and that I just ( Cuse word ) her off I told her I would report them if I did not get a refund and she said she would fill harassment charges because I had called 4 time ( which I had only called her twice). Not got people to do business with. Very Very Dissatisfied.
