I had a great experience with Smiley's auto repair shop. I was on the road on Memorial day when I heard a noise coming from my car's rear wheels and I realized that both of the rear wheels' lug nuts were loose after a wheels rotation that I had done a few days earlier at a Mazda dealership. Even though he was extremely busy, Smiley had promptly fixed the issue so that my family could safely continue our long trip and was very kind & professional during the whole process of checking the impact and fixing the dangerous issue.Thank you so much Smiley for being so kind & helpful!!
