Please avoid them for any klind of install, they took months longer to get the job done then orginally planed, and did some of the worst work imaginable. Trying to get a hold of thier customer service is a nightmare they never call you back.

Ordered carpet from Lowes, Mt. Vernon. Paid $79 to have delivered. Got a call from store on 10/1. Carpet had arrived but they couldn't deliver before 10/10 because didn't have a truck coming our way. Have to wait 10 days for delivery 'cuz they can't send a truck to a location about 8 mi away? Really poor cust service.

There are other Lowes

The plumbing department is more than happy to sell you what you want. But delivery and follow up sucks. Pieces that don't get delivered you pay for twice.

There are lots of Lowes, just don't go to this one.
