The organization offers programs especially tailored to meet specific needs of each individual with development disabilities. The support programs include vocational assessment, job development, housing, transportation, job retention, problem resolution and disability accommodation. Rehabco Inc. also teaches customers the key components of community life, such as daily living skills, money management, social skills, vocational skills, anger management techniques and problem solving skills.         This company is nothing short of a JOKE! Not only do they not offer raises, but they do NOT allow overtime. Making $10 pr hr for nearly 5yrs is ridiculas! The Supervisors do NOT do their JOBS... they expect US to do their stuff.

        The clients are rude and disrespectful and when you try to explain the behavior to the "upper management" they don't say anything nor try to help fix the problem(s)! More like "sweeping it under the rug." It's not only a VERY stressful environment, but having a boss(es) that DON'T care, only makes it worse!
