People please stay away from this place. Rents already high now we have to pay for our own water. Not to mention the court threats i get if i dont trim my grass to there liking.

This place is the worst place ever to live! Very rude staff and if they don't like you they will bully you and make you get rid of things, but allow others in the community to have the same things. They of course always say it was in you lease. And if you say well I've seen another trailer with it, they expect you to rat on people. Total A#$h@*$!s

Always very rude to me anytime I have inquired about one of their properties. I have given them a couple of chances but it has been the same curt response every time. I no longer care to try to do business with them since they repeatedly talk to me in a demeaning manner and act like my inquiries are a nuisance. I've come to realize that good customer service and a pleasant demeanor aren't a strength for a lot of businesses in York County PA but Starview Sales is one of the most unpleasant to deal with so far.

This has to be one of the worst mobile home services I have ever dealt with. The staff are rude and their mobile home communities are based on favoritism. During park inspections I witnessed the lot inspector looking in the neighbors windows and my own. I stopped the individual to find out why and was told they had to know what people had in their homes. No one needs to know what kind of TV I have but myself. After giving 30 days notice the park manager began threatening to take me to court for the title to the trailer. I don't recommend anyone buy mobile homes from them or live in any of their communities.
