All Over Exterior Roofing & Siding

Needed new gutters and needed the wood covered on eaves of the house due to holes from carpenter bees. After I put in a request on line they called that day set an appointment to meet. Showed them what I wanted done gave me a reasonable estimate. Estimate was less than others I received. Also, I saw they received good reviews. I want to also recommend this company. They completed what I needed in one day and the house looked fantastic.

All over exterior roofing and siding did both my roof and siding and the staff was just amazing. The work was done quick efficient and oh so beautiful. Julio is just so easy nice professional and my favorite PUNCTUAL and of course reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Julio is wonderful to work with, and his crew is the hardest and longest working group of men I have ever seen. Julio also did meticulous follow-up to make sure everything was to our liking. The roof they did for us is perfect. I can't believe this fabulous team was actually the lowest bid we received! I recommend them highly!

I needed a shingle replacement on a separate part of my roof. My previous contractor unfortunately died and the lifetime guarantee died with him.

I googled for NJ company and called Julio – the contractor with the best rating/comments. I have not looked for other estimates since it was impossible to compare promised materials & work quality. And I do not regret about my decision. Julio arrived for an estimate just in time, carefully examined the roof and described all big and small problems he found, as well as how they could be fixed. I needed to repair the roof ASAP. The same day all materials were delivered and the next morning work started and by the evening finished. In addition to what was described in the contract, Julio fixed (free of charge) some additional problems discovered after old shingles were removed.

By the way, when the first time Julio was inspecting my roof, I removed the ladder – guys, it helped enormously to negotiate a price ! Joke, only my dream.

I needed a roof shingles replacement, so I look on Google for roofing contractors because I don’t have any other recomendation. I notice that All Over Exterior Contractor is the only one with 5 star reviews. I called in for a free estimates. Julio, the boss, give us so good impression that I decided to go ahead with him and do not look for a second opinion. The price was right.

I am glad I take that decision. I want to mention a couple of facts to prove my point

1. I did not find in my life a contractor that keep his words/promises. He is the only one. Always on time.

2. Julio team; experience, hard working, very clean.

3. During the work, his guys find out that my roof plywood must be replaced entirely and convince me that they are wright. I expected some delay in job because plywood was not in his schedule. Believe it or not, in less than an hour a truck came in with new plywood.

4. The funds for the new plywood was not in his estimates neither in my budget. Julio offer me a delay in my payment.

5. If some one find a better contractor, forget about Julio, but prove it to me that I am wrong.

6. All Over Exterior fully deserve 5 stars or more.

My experience with All Over has been 100% positive. They came out in the winter to help assess a roof leak that was causing a lot of water inside the house. They immediately help alleviate the issue and came back as soon as conditions allowed to repair my roof. During the course of the repair I received expert advice regarding additional work that was recommended. The reason for the additional work was explained to me in a professional manner without a hard sell. The need for the additional repair was obvious and I'm glad that their attention to detail caught other problems before they grew into larger ones.



Julio is extremely responsive and returns calls or texts promptly. He provided me estimates to use with my insurance company that clearly explained the nature of the damage and recommended repair. He is a true professional and I cannot say that I've had a more positive experience with any other contractor in any trade. He knows the right way to do a job and does not cut corners. His crew is a reflection of him and I trusted them completely to perform the work that was proposed. Julio was involved closely and daily with every aspect of the work and made sure that I was completely satisfied when the work was done. He is very hands-on, which is not always the case with contractors. I’d recommend All Over without any reservations.
