Families and Community Together, also known as FACT, is a nonprofit organization that assists the families of children with emotional, social, behavioral and mental health needs in Union County, N.J. It provides various information, advocacy, support, clinical, educational, vocational, residential and mentoring services. The organization also offers intensive case management services for children. Families and Community Together is located in Mountainside, N.J.
