        Overall

        This person is a retired cop who protects scam artists. If you are sent to this person by Jo Swanson of Real living properties of Gurnee, IL, you are more then likely being robbed and you really need to look at your situation before you get taken advantage of, this is not even a remotely decent person, he belongs in prison.
