Big Buffalo Crossing Canoe

Incredibly rude & no common courtesy. We called 2 weeks ahead to make reservations. A rude man with no knowledge of customer service answered and YELLED at me to "hang on I'm not in the office yet!" After taking all of my info and confirming with me he said I was reserved. The morning of the float somewhere along the 30 minute drive there I think I should call and see if they take cash or card. We were met by a voicemail saying "Waters up we are closed sorry." So we made a reservation, drove all the way up there, and see that no one was there. I don't think they understand what reservation OR simple customer service is. They didn't even have the courtesy to call those who had made a reservation and say that they were closed. We planned our whole trip around this float and to wake up early and arrive fully prepared for absolutely nothing is unacceptable. If they want to keep getting business they should treat the few people that actually do come around with some respect.
