Coachmans Cove

I have lived here sense 2010 with my wife every year the rent goes up $15.00 and they say it is to improve the park have not seen any improvements at all there are homes in here with boarded windows in the park they told me that i needed to remove one of my sheds and in the process of doing that they told me i needed to clean up my yard it was from me having to remove the shed and i was doing that went to the storage place for my utility trailer and it had gotten moved and the lights busted and they told me that it was not there fault i must have done it . The roads are not that nice they have pot holes in them they just patch them. We live on the lake and we can't fish the beach bec it is in the rules that you cant so really what is the point of living on the lake and you can't fish from land .The park management sucks you try to tell them some thing and they don't want to listen to you just rude just going to someones house and telling them to do something with out introducing your self first. The manager is from Indian village mobile home park Fred Dreneo . would not recommend living here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
