        Omg the worst contractors ever. They were very unprofessional from start to finish and they quoted me a price and then changed it.

        The contractor took several weeks to call me back and did not keep me up to date on the progress. At one point I had to call them to see when they were coming out to finish the job that they had already sent me an invoice for.

        Plus they were not aware of the current regulations in our area.

        Overall

        These guys can never get it right, I gave them several houses to insulate and none passed inspection. After several attempts and many frustrating phone calls it finally got done. Would not use them again.

        DO NOT do business with these ...

        DO NOT do business with these people!!! I had them install a garage door and opener. They were the cheapest for a reason, they sell and install garbage and after the job is done, they could care less about it. First he told me that his garage door opener (Marantac) was the best thing out there. He was just pushing it because he probably makes a good profit off it it. Unlike others, it does not work when the power is out. It is slow going up and down. After the garage door was installed it worked a few times then the cable would fall off the wheel. It did this twice and then he finally re-adjusted everything and worked for the night. The next morning, it did it again and then the door came off track. I immediately called Arthur (Arty) at 31W and he said he had never heard of this before and asked me what was wrong with it?? I told him what the garage door opener was doing and he said well "I" picked it and that is my problem. I told him exactly what kind of garage door opener I wanted (belt driven, 3/4hp). He told me his was the best in the industry and was exactly what I wanted. I told him that if it is not what I wanted, he can take it back. Well now he is saying they don't take anything back once it is installed and that it is my problem.



        This company is worthless. I should have paid HomeDepot or Lowes to do it. At least then I have choices and can return something if it is not working.



        *** BOTTOM LINE, if you need a garage door installed, DO NOT CALL 31W. I'm just trying to warn you. ***
