        Overall

        Friendly service. Dr. Smith genuinely cares about his patients. Exams are very thorough. I have sensitive eyes so he switched me to daily wear lenses which have improved my stigmatism.

        Warm friendly staff. Great care for my entire family (including my 3 year old). Would recommend to all my friends and family. Great selection of glasses!!!

        Terrible customer service. Does not care how long you wait to get an exam. Very expensive and does not respond to patient's needs or concerns.
