        Dr. Thigpen,

        we want to thank you so very much for your kindness shown to us when we were on our drive from Michigan to Atlanta and you solved my Husband's hearing aid issue. We consider it great serendipity that our online, mid trip search for help (when the tubing for one of my husband's hearing aids became unusable) led us to you. Our call was answered by Nancy, who was very kind and understanding and who went out of her way to help navigate us from the highway to your lovely and serene office. Then Dr. Thigpen replaced the guilty tube in a matter of minutes, and we were able to proceed on our way, feeling so much better about everything.
