Wasabi Japanese Steak House

My fiancé and I visited Wasabi in Murfreesboro on February 14, 2014 (Valentine's Day). Worst mistake I've ever made!!!! I arrived at 6:40 and was told a 40 minute wait. No big deal considering it was a holiday and most places were going to be busy, especially without reservations. Oh and which I tried to make but the employee who answered the phone didn't understand or speak English said "We not busy, you walk in". Even better or so I thought. To make a long story short, after waiting an hour and 40 minutes they finally got us seated. By this point I was so hungry I was sick to my stomach and being 10 weeks pregnant I nearly fainted. Not once did someone apologize for our wait and they only thing the hostess had to say was " they tell us to tell people 40 minutes or less even when it's going to be longer". Really?! What a way to conduct business!! I have ate at this restaurant numerous of times and LOVE the food! However after the way I was treated this visit, I don't think I will return. Oh and still had to pay for my meal! I've had better treatment from fast food restaurants!!

Restaurants in Murfreesboro, let alone Mexican cuisine.

I love this place! They have GREAT lunch specials and the food is fabulous. I go every week. It's my favorite! :)
