This company does not treat their employees fair at all. I was a Grade II for years. I was told and known as the best "packer". I could pack Jone II kool aid by myself and ran the VP cartoner which was mainly just people lease/temps and put out just as much as the regualr more seasoned packers on 1st shift, as I worked 2nd shift. However, i was "let go" because i shut off the icor scale in which I was told to shut it off when it defaulted. I was falsely accused of tampering with the Icor scale in which i was not and could not, I did not know the code or anything about or how to program it or nothing. Other co workers informed me that there had been a bad shipment of IBD, which was always ran by 1st shift, there were low weights so they had to discipline someone, the old scapegoat. I hired an attorney but during that time, I was getting a divorce so the stress of hiring two was overwelming for my divorce was one that was not an easy one. I heard alot of people got fired or laid off soon after me. I used to love working there and made many friends there. I never thought that they would be so unfair. I had boughten my own tools and so forth just for the job and to even add they asked me to work the weekend, run the cartoner and see HR on Monday. I was never written up or suspended. I was just told to get my things and my services were not needed anylonger. I was not EVER written up and still to this day have not gotten over it, this was in 2000. I had a 6 month old son and a 7 yr old, no child support and only could get a seasonal job at Wal mart as a cashier and this was also during the holidays, christmas time!!

This company is a crock it lays off workers who work their buts off for this company in their warehouse in Murray Ky who have small children under the age of two and are expecting another baby in a few months and don't do drugs and keep the workers who do drugs at work and come to work all messed up and only do what little they can get away with while at work! If this company cared anything about how it's warehouse was being ran or who their warehouse had as employ's it would be able to have a better production coming out of their warehouse instead of always being behind in production work in their warehouse!!! This company should be ashamed of how this warehouse is being ran and the workers it has working for them!!!!!
