Merchant's Tire and Auto Service Center

Had a screw in my tire,they quoted a price of 22 dollars.

They took the scree out and it did not puncture the tire. They tested the tire and ot had no leaks.we asked how much for your time and the said it is free of charge.

This is the Worst Company, and management I have ever dealt with. I have had my car serviced repeatedly for the same problem(Brakes). They put new pads on old rotors and the squealed. Then they told me to buy new rotors and that would fix it. Nope, they still squeal. I have taken it their a minimum of 7 times, and they have yet to fix the problem. Then I had a major service done, and they put two faulty spark plugs and a battery that needed to be replaced within 3 months. CONSUMERS BEWARE THEY DON'T CARE!

Love this place. Never will I go anywhere else for my auto service. Ryan, one of the managers is so nice and respectful which is hard to come by these days. The entire staff in the shop are so helpful and nice. Quick and perfect repairs everytime. They even support Alex's lemonade stand.(childrens cancer research) Great to see people giving back to help less fortunate people. Can't say enough but go there and you will be happy.(so will your car) Thanks Merchants Tire and crew! :)
