Walmart Murrieta has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS beginning with CS Supervisor Louie and CS Manager Eve and CS Rep Bonnie. Beware customers these employees will lie to your face and change around the Walmart Policy to there convenience so dont believe them when they tell u your return can only be $50 cuz its a lie, dont believe them that they can run your id only once cuz its a lie, dont believe them when they tell u that u have to return product to the store u bought it at cuz its a lie. These employees seem to think they are an exception to the overall walmart policy but there not!! As for store manager Michelle Guajardo who according to her managers is not reachable not even thru phone these employees are a reflection of u so basically POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..POOR MANAGEMENT AND TO TOP IT OFF U ALL ARE LIARS!! Customers beware of these types employees who dont know the definition of Customer Service and try to change things to there own convenience by picking and profiling which customers to accept returns from or not accept them from..to me thats racism murrieta walmart!!

This store does not have ANY costomer service, if they have people answering the telephone that cant speak ENGLISH, do NOT let them anwer it! Even the manager was very rude when trying to explain being hung up 3 TIMES!! PEOPLE if you dont call the 1800-walmart and complain THEN DONT COMPLAIN! Im sick of NO COSTOMER SERVICE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA . SPEAK UP AMERICA!!!!

No matter when I visit this store it is crowded. The lines are always long. We need another walmart in our town.
