Gave me my car back unsafe with a bad paint job. Did more damage to my car than good. Don’t let this shop touch your car.

The very best experience I have ever had at an auto body repair facility. The workmanship was excellent, the time frame for the work was reasonable, and the cost was reasonable. Equally as important, particularly for a first-time, frazzled customer, were the amazing interpersonal skills of Bill Sorochman, partner/operator. He was kind, unflappable, sensitive and accommodating and made me feel as though he was a friend or neighbor. A rare find in today's impersonal business environment. It still makes me smile that after I dropped the car off and got my rental car, a stranger a full twenty miles away asked me a question about the rental car's out of state plates. When I explained that it was not my vehicle and that my poor car was at County Line in Murrysville, the man immediately said "Oh! Bill! Isn't he the greatest?" Yes, he is that!

Have had 4 vehicles repaired over the past 10 years . County Line has always been professional, very thorough and accommodative to me and my family. The work that they did on my 2006 Chevy Impala is perfect. Looks like new!!!

Bill is awesome. I was involved in an accident shortly before Christmas. He got an estimate to me within hours of stopping by, let me know he was an approved vendor for the insurance company paying for the repairs and scheduled an appointment to bring in the car for repairs! Just got my car back and it looks beautiful! I would highly recommend this business!

Great service from Bill at County Line. I hit a deer and after the work was finished my car looked brand new. He was very communicative and always kept us up to date on my car. I will definitely take my car back here if I need work done again. I highly recommend!

I is never a pleasure to go to collision center. County Line Collision Center works hard to make their best for you. The quality of their work, their customer service and the repair time is the best I've ever experienced. Just one simple example: I was given a ride after dropping my car there and because of my tight schedule they drive me to their shop on Saturday to pick up my vehicle.
