New Construction
Cleveland Construction has experience managing auto dealership projects of varying sizes and complexities for multiple car brands. Project Superintendents organize all field activities on a construction site and supervise demolition, site work, safety and construction of each project according to plans and specifications. Positions include; General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent.

Landscaping and Fencing

Landscaping
The historic home at the center of the property was hosting a camp during the arrival of the volunteers, but the Wildwood Cultural Center is a place known for hosting all sorts of events for the community. The 12 volunteers from Cleveland Construction spent their time helping with spraying poison ivy, trimming the landscaping, cleaning up the trails, and more. The effort of a dozen volunteers helped speed up all the tasks, and in the end, everything was done in a few hours.

Siding
Exterior upgrades were also made to improve sidewalks and parking to meet accessibility standards. The brick was cleaned, the siding was painted, and the roofing was replaced to enhance aesthetics and structural integrity.
