Papa Johns Pizza

I used to love this location as I live within a very close distance to it. However there seems to be a new owner and I don't think he knows what he is doing. I used to work around the corner and he sends employees out to give out promo cards,loyalty discount cards and coupons but then will not honor the promo which makes no sense. You call corporate over the deal and they say the owner of the location has to honor them. One time I ordered a pizza online and forgot to change the main delivery address so when I called to confirm that the location got the order and he confirmed the delivery location of course I apologized and told him it was going to the main home address. He said there was no way he could change the delivery as it was already in route and he did not have the time to reroute which I knew was a lie cause I was calling to confirm that they just had the order that I had just placed. They charged my card but never delivered the pizza so I called corporate and they called the location but the man refused to issue a refund to my card stating I should have known better. Corporate said the refund had to come from the location that they could not issue it from corporate. Corporate advised me to call my credit card company and file a despute which I did and eventually got my money back. They also never give me the extra dipping sauces when I do order them and when I call they say they will note my account so that I can get them on my next order then of course if and when I choose to use them again the order is always a fiasco. This used to be a real good location and I never had any problems but since the location has changed management its gone down in quality. My husband and I have been trying to pan out and look here on yp for more mom and pop pizza places and try new and others types of pizza just because we have such a hard time with this papa johns it just gets exhausting. Delivery times are an hour plus that's why we have been having to go in and pick it up and even then that's not much better. The quality of the pizza and everything they sell is of good and delicious quality as always they just need a customer service overhaul.

you know things have gotten really bad when the delivery man rips you off for $4. I failed to put zero in the tip area and the delivery man decided his services where worth $4 and now the manager is failing to refund the tip. Take a lesson from me, always put a zero in the tip area. My bill was only $16 and now I hve to pay $20. I never pay 15% for delivery, they were not responsible for the pizza nor did i get a thankyou.
