Ted & Son Custom Upholstery

Ted did an outstanding job of repairing our 2010 Audi. The headliner had disjointed and was sagging. Upon visiting Ted regarding the repair he also showed me where the canvas roof was separating from the rear window. After checking the price on a new roof and headliner , Ted suggested we let him try repairing the roof and headliner. He did an excellent job the work looks great and he accomplished everything on time and as per his estimate. He is an excellent tradesman and I recommend him as a good businessman.

Very unprofessional and terrible work. Owner was given the opportunity to fix my seats after the first repair fell apart within days. He was very rude about it and the work turned out worse than the first time. Stitching falling out and not even stapled properly. The Scews were cross threaded and the cheap material was spray painted to match the rest of my interior. This was just havering the bottom portion of two front seats recovered. I would not want to see any custom work that comes out of this shop. Trust these reviews as I am clearly not the only one to get burned.

I called to get a quote for a burn in my car seat. The man that answered the phone said his name was Ted. I asked him how much it would be to repair the burn mark. He said he needed to see it first. I asked him for a rough estimate. He told me that he needs to see it in a rude manner, so I hung up the phone. he called me back not even 2 minutes later calling me a "dumba**, and he needs to see the f***ing burn mark first, and repeatedly called me a dumba**. Very unprofessional and horrible service.

Very unprofessional. Impolite.

High priced, check around first.
