Downie Chrysler Jeep Dodge

My power brakes went out. I was told by the Jeep dealer here they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I called Jacob in Nappanee he got me in the next day and got my Jeep back to me the next day. They had to get parts is what took them so long. I became a lifelong customer.

We have been here a few times. The first time was a nightmare, left car for repairs overnight, only to have the vehicle die on us, shortly after leaving. They worked on again, more and more problems after that. . . Ended up doing repairs myself it was so bad, didn't know who else to trust!
Second time it was a simple programming of two key fobs. Originally we had gone to another dealership to have this done, but it was 30 minutes before closing, they said it would have to be sometime next week and they'd do it.

We decided to give Downie another chance on something not involving a vehicle repair, so we could have them done this week. We then set up, scheduled the appointment, was told the price of $40 for each key. My wife drove the 30 minutes to Downie Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Nappanee, only to be turned away saying they don't do this. . . Don't know that I've ever had a worse experience at a dealership. Almost as if bothered, upset that you inconvenience them with your issue. My wife, who is very easy going, patient, and understanding has even had enough of this dealerships incompetence, indifference, and inability to provide adequate customer satisfaction. (Notice I didn't even say good, or great, customer satisfaction.) Our review would have to be "Awful on Two Counts"
Stopped in at a couple businesses in Nappanee after this, talking to various ones, and no one had anything good to say about Downie Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
