Pier Fuel Co

I have been a customer for years. I will never order oil from this company again.I called first thing in the morning yesterday because my oil tank was on empty. They took my credit card information and I paid in full. I waited till six at night. Meanwhile there is a snow storm and its freezing. So I call pier full at 6pm. The answering service said all went home for the day. I stated but I paid services for oil at 8:30am. I been waiting all day for oil guy. He states y u wait? And that I have to wait till tomorrow morning. I have three children. And on empty. He stated go to gas station and get gas and put that in your tank until morning. I said why? I paid for 50gallons of oil today? He said because of my attitude loose the number. I couldn't believe he said that????The owner!! I said ok. But I paid for 50,gallons today and received no oil??? So I received oil finally at 10am. And on receipt it reads FINAL DELIVERY. WHO DOES THAT?? BAD COMPANY! OWNER DOESN'T REALIZE I PAID MONEY FOR SERVICE THAT MORNING. AND DIDN'T RECEIVE TILL 10AM NEXT DAY IN SNOW STORM. HELLO ITS BUSINESS. I DONT CARE BOUT FFEELINGS. I PAID FOR OIL! BEWARE MAKE SURE U ASK A PAYING, IF OIL WILL ARRIVE THAT DAY.So I asked him nicely, why didn't he call me and tell me delivery is tomorrow? He stated I have attitude and loose number. Smh that's the owner:( I don't have attitude. I just expected what I paid for. NeverAgain!!!!

Terribly rude customer service. With so many friendly and accommodating businesses in South County, we would never consider using them again.

Management rocks but need to chill out a bit.

I have been using Pier Fuel for the last 16yrs., since I moved down here from

Cranston.

From day one they have been very helpful and kind.

They will go out of their way to help you the Best they can.



With a Family Business , I find that these company's work alot harder to please

there Customer's. Because they are not only a Business they are part of the

Narragansett Community!!
