Prompt, Courteous, Quality Support At a Fair Price You don't really know what kind of a business partner you've contracted with until you have an issue. Here's where HCDS shines. Much of our business comes through word of mouth – we recognize this and thrive on it. Every phone call is logged and tracked in our custom designed client database. Support staff with practice management experience will field your initial call, often immediately. If necessary, a technician will be dispatched to solve your problem on the spot. Full Time, Dedicated Telephone Support Staff You do not get voice mail when you call HCDS for support during office hours. Your call is personally taken by our staff, logged and, if urgent, immediately forwarded to our expert support staff. This support includes hardware and operating system experts. If you have your own computer hardware, our staff can assist your vendor in creating and maintaining a computer environment that maximizes your investment. On-Going Training Participation in HCDS support plan earns training credits that can be used for free training in our Wisconsin facilities for new employees as well as advanced training. Our client services coordinator and your sales representative remain key contacts for your future needs.

        Overall

        I recently did business with Healthcare Data Systems. From the initial contact and all the way through implementation of their program, I was amazed at how professional yet family-like they were. Truly wonderful to work with. They also took the time to make sure the transition was successful for us and, for a business like ours, that "hand-holding" service was a necessity for us to see it through successfully. I appreciate all of their involvement very much.
