I truly think they do not care about new patients. Put me on hold for 15 minutes. Chantel seemed bothered every time I called! I rate them F- for professionalism So sad because was a great location for my college son. Guess they are not hurting for business because they rejected mine in a deliberate way. Now I know why its called Aspen the mountain you can never get up because it is blocked by barriers . THE

Terrible! This place seems like it is set up to extract the maximum amount of money they can from you. I needed deep scaling and planing done. I elected to have it done in two sittings instead of four as recommended. Each sitting took approximately twenty minutes at a cost of $410 per sitting. I have had regular cleanings that were more aggressive. For my next checkup I decided to try the Aspen Dental in Bedford, NH. I scheduled an appointment and went in. When I got there, they said that I would need an examination before I could have my teeth cleaned. After the examination they said that I needed deep scaling and planing again. I told them that I was not pleased with the service I had received previously and would just like to have my teeth cleaned. They refused to clean my teeth.



I would suggest that you stay away from Aspen Dental!!!



I have since found another dentist, The Walk-In Clinic in Manchester. I have had my teeth cleaned and have had two fillings. Outstanding service and very courteous. What a difference.

This place is a money making shop with sarcastic office manager who doesnt give a dam about the patient. Very mean and all they care about is money. Everyone including the dentist looked dis-interested. Office manager has no customer skills at all. They have no proper information about the insurance. Worst dentist clinic I have ever been to. If i could, i will give a big zero to this place.
