These guys are absolute snakes! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with these people. Larry P's review is spot on. Same thing happened to us. Terrible service and now being sued for thousands of dollars for not renewing contract.
For 18 months they provided terrible service and then sued us for several thousand dollars when we finally left them. The final straw was when they failed to deliver any uniform pants for the 2nd time. If you have made the mistake of signing up for their service, make sure you go thru the 60 day process of of writing letters to them of your complaints before firing them or they will sue you as well.
Unifirst offers a quality uniform rental service at an affordable price. They provide the uniforms, clean and repair the uniforms, and replace uniforms as needed. I have three dedicated team members I work with at all times: a route representative, a sales manager, and a customer service representative. My company always has what we need before we need it.
