Aaron's

I hope that everyone and anyone who is considering renting from Aaron's Rentals reads this before actually renting. Some time back, I leased a laptop computer from from Aaron's Rentals on Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN. Shortly thereafter, I had to send my computer back to the manufactuer because of a locked Administrator password no one could reset. I was given a loner. Since then, I moved to Cleveland, TN. Upon moving, the loner quit working. I contacted the Nashville Aaron's store many, many times trying to find out what to do. I even contacted the closest Aaron's store to my new house. No one would call me back. Several months went by. Still no word after numerous calls. I was always told the only person who could handle this was the store manager in Nashville, and he was never there and would never call me back. It has been over 3 months and I have yet to recieve the first call from the store manager. I paid my bill every month. I advise to rent from anyplace other than Aaron's.
