DO NOT GO HERE. This business ruined 18 of my shirts. I spent 15 minutes discussing what I wanted, they repeated it several times, and I left an exact sample to copy, but they messed them alln up and cannot fix it. They offered to comp me half of the fee (still had to pay $130), which is useless as I have to throw all of the shrts out and spend $400 on new shirts and then go somewhere else to have them embroidered correctly. I am very upset and disappointed. I will never go here again or recommend them to anyone. I'm out $630 and hours or time.

Upon entering the store, it was quite apparent that customer service was on the menu. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. They went over an above to ensure the order was right. They even met me after business hours to pick up my order. The establishment was very tidy and organized. An all around great experience. Will definitely utilize again....

My Koutoure experience was excellent. We walked in the door and were greeted immediately with well informed knowledgable staff. Our needs were mets and we found the store to be well stocked with t-shirts and many other items including jeans, betls, wallets, jewery, and more. Very nice we will be back.
