This is not only the worst mechanic that I have ever been to, but it is also the worst establishment of any kind that I have ever done business with. For starters, I dropped my car off in April and it was over a week before anyone even looked at it or gave me a price. It took us calling and saying that we were going to take it somewhere else for them to start on it. However, we did decide to go ahead and let them do the work on it. It took weeks for them to do anything. We eventually had to call every day to check on them and see if anything was being done. When it was finally finished after four weeks, it got even worse. We got there and we asked if we could test drive it first, and they were irate! We even asked if we could do it if one of them went along. They started yelling and cussing at us, and treated us like we were thieves. I, personally was going to stay behind, so it's not like we were going to drive off and not pay. So we paid them first and drove it up and down the street and everything seemed fine. I listened as the workers bad mouthed us the whole time my husband was gone, and then the yelling continued when my husband got back with the car. He didn't yell back once and even complemented them on their work. We were still treated poorly even after that. He continued to cuss at us. I had to start laughing because I could not believe we were being treated this way. I understand now why they wouldn't let us test drive it first. The work they did is so messed up now that I can hardly drive the car. The rear end pops and grinds like crazy. They are such a joke. We will be doing everything we can to speak out against them. We are also talking to our lawyers. Please avoid this place at all costs.
