Actually I was surprised what they did to me.
I had a small project (needed only 4 x 8). So when I walked into the store and explained how small I needed, I honestly expected them to point me to the back of the warehouse and tell me to go find what I need.

Instead, suprising to me, warehouse manager Stan came up and lead me to warehouse.
Eventhough all I needed was a small piece, he spent all his time find and explain the carpet.
He even throw in glues.
For all these, they gave real discount, i almost paid nothing.
Material wise, it might have been nothing in money value for them, but for me their time & efforts are priceless.
