Radnor Towers

I don't know what this place was like in 2012, but it's certainly not the same as those other reviews. I do know that it's been renovated since then. I moved here in April 2021, and I like it very much. My apartment was nearly spotless when I moved in, including the appliances. The only bugs I've ever seen are 1 spider and ladybugs. Way too many ladybugs! But definitely not roaches, as they spray for pests once a month. Also, anytime there's a problem, i.e., backed up toilet, air conditioner not working, maintenance comes within 24 hours - usually the same day. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with my apartment, and I'm glad I made this move.

RUN don't walk away! The place is infested with cockroaches. The windows and outer walls allow cold drafts when anywhere near them. The office staff and the maintenance are rude and unhelpful. The handicapped parking spaces are too narrow to properly open your car door. The incense they burn in the lobby is hell for anyone with allerrgies.

Altogether this is the worst place I have ever lived. I'm getting out of here!
