ROMA Pizza and Pasta

I have never received such horrible service from a pizza restaurant in my life. I called tonight to use my rewards certificate for my birthday and order something additional so I could have it delivered. The manager told me that he did not ...have time to give me prices and I needed to look it all up online and call back. He was quite rude telling me he had been on the phone with me too long. He then hung up on me. I called back still trying to get service and he told me if I called again he would call the police on me for HARASSMENT. Granted, I was beyond upset and raising my voice but I have NEVER had a restaurant hang up on me for asking pricing questions. I was obviously a loyal customer since I signed up for their rewards program but will NEVER order from them again. The manager at that location is despicable.

I place an order over the phone the person seem to be okay.This is the problem they charge my card twice the orginal price 25.10 plus 10.00 tip and then charge me 251.10 WTH I'll let you know if they straighten it out.
