        Ordered pizza online (http://romapizzaandpasta.com/) and paid with credit card. We waited for pizza for over an hour. No pizza. My wife called the Nolensville Rd. store and they said they never received order. She explained that we were charged for the pizza and wanted to know how to get a refund. The person she talked to was unconcerned, rude, and absolutely no help. He kept hanging up. She called back and he called her a "STUPID BITCH". This is beyond unacceptable. We have been Roma customers for over 10 years, but never again.
