if one of the long term employees screws up, prepare to bare the brunt of the new owners wrath, if you are new.
Take all the time off you want ... But show up every day, don't make one mistake or they will fire you without recourse, since Tennessee has no laws to protect workers from being fired for frivolous reasons.
