        poor customer support, the saleslady was rude and i took my order elsewhere. others beware. Customer service is the first point of contact and therefore it's important to listen actively and make attempts to accomodate, i was not making an unreasonable request, and was told that they were too busy, i'm busy too and i took time out to talk with you.
