This location told me false information. I had a very important package that needed to get to FL no later than 10:30 am. I was told that a 2nd day options for AM delivery was available and I took it. I stressed the importance of this package getting there in the morning again and was told it would. The package arrived in FL at 5pm! The recipients of the package had to change a FLIGHT in order to be available for this package! When I went to complain, I was told that I was never given this option and that a refund would not be honored! A friend of mine was with me and he confirmed that I was told that the package would get there by 10:30 am and was still denied a discount or refund! I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. There is a post office a few blocks away offering cheaper pricing and much better customer service!
