        Excellent service, and very knowledgeable. However, I feel like there was a lot of pressure to "upsell" - went in just to get a derailleur adjusted and ended up with 3 more service items. Still, all of the work was well done.

        Trace Bikes is a family owned Bellevue area Bicycle Shop with a beautiful store, extremely friendly customer service, and experts in cycling. Owner Scott Turner made me feel very comfortable as he listened to my preferences for a custom built bike and guided me through the options available. Scott's wife, Michelle, was equally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when I picked up my brand new bike just a few days later. I look forward to many enjoyable miles of biking and the satisfaction of knowing that the Trace Bikes will be there for me for when I need a tune-up or repair.
