Two Bits

Two bits is great for a casual night out with friends. With a variety of board games to choose from and an abundance of video games, there's something for everyone!

This place is the WORST! I had dinner here Friday night, and Saturday they kept ringing in ticket items and transacting business on my credit card even though I was not even in the state of Tennessee!!! My tab should have been closed Friday night when I left, but they continued to charge items to it into Saturday!



When I called to get this resolved I was treated very rudely, and ultimately got NO WHERE with the staff. I was promised by several employees, including the general manager, that they would return the charge to me. They NEVER did! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get these charges reversed.



DO NOT use a credit card at this place! If they mess up, they take no responsibility in fixing the issue and they do NOT resolve any issues! Plus, if you call to get it fixed, they will basically call you annoying, degrade you, and refuse to help you because they don't want to actually take responsibility for their mistakes. It took THREE DAYS to reach anybody to even remotely try to HELP resolve the situation.



PLUS - the food was really not that great. It was very bland and non-impressive. There are hundreds of better places to go in Nashville.
